Sprint IP Relay (formerly Sprint Relay Online) is a service offered to deaf and hard of hearing individuals that allows them to place relay calls over the Internet via their computer or laptop. There is no need for traditional TTY equipment. The web interface can handle the conversation. Sprint IP Relay is a free service that combines traditional relay service with the ease of the Internet.

No International calls are allowed.

  1. Connect the Internet at
    www.sprintip.com.
  2. Type in the phone number you wish to call.
  3. Then click the yellow "Call Now " button to connect to a relay operator.
  4. The relay operator will dial the number and relay the conversation to and from your computer/laptop. Type in "GA" at the end of each message.
  5. When you finish conversation, type “SK” for "Stop Keying " then click the "Disconnect" icon on the upper left of the screen
  6. A message "YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DISCONNECT YOUR CALL" appears on the screen letting you know that the call has been disconnected.
